Into That House
Into That House is an excerpt sourced from Teatrets relasjoner,
a series of interviews and videos collected with the
intention of cataloguing part of the history of Norwegian
theatre. Together with Anne Helgesen and the members of
the production collective Selskapet, Medbøe interviewed
34 of the oldest people in the country who have worked in
the theatre. In this film Espen Skjønberg, Liv Dommersnes
and Toralv Maurstad tell us about how they got started on
their career paths.
Wenche Medbøe is an actress, project manager and chair
of the board of owners of the Theatre Museum.
Arild Christo's World

A successful photographer ends up as a one-off director
of a film he still considers unfinished. Does Arild Kristo,
Norway´s most rejected film director´, and a man surrounded
by myth, still live according to his motto “not like
the others”?
Marthe Stokvik has worked as a documentary film director
for more than 15 years. She has made around ten films,
including The Voice of the Century (1994), a documentary
about Kirsten Flagstad that was broadcast by NRK,
screened at several international film festivals, and sold to
seventeen countries.
